I lived in the South for a good chunk of my adult life and you can't beat the comfort of southern feels, especially when it comes to their food! Unfortunately, comfort food typically comes fried, with a lot of sugar (I love sweet tea) and a ton of calories. This is such a simple hack to enjoy those foods, make a simple meal prep for the week and stay on track with your health and fitness goals
