Protein Brownies




One of the BEST protein dessert recipes I've ever made! You won't need more than one since they're so rich! This will definitely fulfill those sweet tooth cravings without putting your calorie count over the roof!


Ingredients (Makes 12):

-2 Bananas

-1 Cup Peanut Butter

-1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

-2 Scoops Protein Powder (I used whey, but can use egg white or vegan)

-1 Serving Liquid Stevia

-Optional 1/4 Cup Butterscotch or White Chocolate Chips


How to:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 8x8 pan with Pam

  2. In a large bowl, combine all your ingredients until smooth. Add in about 1/4 Cup of water to help blend. Don't worry if there is still small banana chunks

  3. Pour brownie mixture into pan & bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out just clean.

  4. Allow to cool. For best results, refrigerate once cooled for several hours. Enjoy!
