Okay, okay… so this is less of a recipe & more of a diet hack! But it’s a good one! Who doesn’t want something sweet after a long hard day? While you can grab for The ice cream, we’re all about better macros & healthier alternatives.
What you need (Makes 2):
-1 5oz Greek yogurt (any flavor -strawberry is best though 👌🏼)
-2 Tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip
-1/2 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
-2 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts (You can make your own, I kept it simple & bought the premade ones)
What to do 👇🏻:
In a bowl add Greek yogurt, Cool Whip, & protein powder of choice. Mix together
Split into 2 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
Freeze for 45 minutes & enjoy guilt free!
