Apple Pecan Shrimp Salad
Sometimes all you want is a big refreshing salad! It can be a side dish or make sure there’s enough protein and serve as the main course! As simple as this is to whip up, it is a hit anytime I bring it to holiday events or have people over!

Ingredients:
-1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
-1/4 Cup Fat Free Feta Cheese Crumbles
-2 Cups Garden Salad Lettuce
-1/3 Green Apple Pieces Chopped
-3oz Grilled Jumbo Shrimp
-1/8 Cup Chopped Pecans
Mix it all together and add your choice of dressing! I love this with a small amount of Poppy Seed Dressing, but it goes great with a Raspberry Vinaigrette as well if you’re trying to watch the calories 👌🏼
